I'm Srinivasan KB, a Software Product Owner at Candescent, where I lead the Developer Environment and Tools team within the Developer Experience vertical. Leading product ownership for the Developer Environment and Tools team at Candescent, I define and execute strategy for customer-facing platform capabilities that enhance developer experience. I collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions that help external developers build, test, and deploy efficiently. My focus includes automation, environment provisioning, and seamless integrations that reduce friction and improve productivity across the development lifecycle.

Led the Ticket Management module at SurveySparrow, delivering features like Workflows, SLAs, and a Frontline Mobile App to scale support operations. Spearheaded integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365, MS Teams, and Salesforce to expand the ecosystem and boost customer engagement. Launched AppNest, the in-product app marketplace, and drove the Developer Program to support third-party extensibility. Also enhanced core integrations and oversaw the Mobile App for offline surveys with a strong focus on UX, performance, and compliance.

Contributed to the inception and growth of OkCredit’s BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product, scaling it to over 12,000 active users. Strategically improved feature adoption by 4% through targeted communication and engagement initiatives. Additionally, played a key role in ideating and conducting user research for a new peer-to-peer (P2P) lending product, laying the groundwork for future financial offerings.

Managed growth and retention for Tamil Nadu region (South India), serving 200,000+ merchants. Led localization and user research initiatives, engaging directly with 250+ users to understand their needs. Achieved a 38% reduction in CPA through targeted ad copy and registration flow optimizations.

Key member of ShareChat's core team, instrumental in launching Group and Audio Chat features. Facilitated requirement gathering from beta users and contributed to PAN India launch campaign planning. Developed launch playbook for Group feature, catering to 14 million daily active users.
